| You pay only 3% to the Buyers Agent instead of the standard 6% commission.
Your property is advertised to all 10,000 plus Realtors and the general public on the MLS, www.realtor.com, www.UtahRealEstate.com, and many other real estate websites. For this you only pay an upfront one time charge of $89 to list your property on the MLS. When the property sells, we will help you with the paperwork and closing to make sure the transaction goes smoothly. For this additional help we chare an additional $975 at closing. If the property does not close you owe us noting so your entire cost was the original $89. Traditionally the commission split is 3% to Buyers Agent and 3% to Listing Agent that add up to the standard 6% listing. |

advertise as a "for sale by owner". If you find your own Buyer, you pay NO commissions. |
